Day 01 – Arrival & Coastal Unwinding (Negombo)

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you are warmly welcomed and transferred to Negombo, a coastal town. The remainder of the day is kept intentionally light, allowing you to recover from travel fatigue. Spend time by the beach, listening to the rhythm of the waves or relaxing beside the pool. As evening falls, enjoy a gentle sunset walk along the shore followed by a peaceful dinner. Overnight in Negombo.

Day 02 – Ayurvedic Consultation & Healing Therapies (Negombo)

After breakfast, begin your wellness journey with a personalised Ayurvedic consultation conducted by an experienced practitioner.
